The Promoting Health and Cost Control in States (PHACCS) initiative highlights policies for states that, if enacted, can support positive economic return on investment and improve community health. These fact sheets provide an overview of a state‘s progress in adopting policies identified by PHACCS, and highlight policy actions showing incremental or large-scale policy progress.
